Welcome ten new puppies born on March 18,2021. Trig (Dad)
We have 10 new purebred AKC labs. 7 are chocolate labs and 3 are yellow/white labs. All 3 of the yellow labs are female. We also have 4 chocolate females and 3 chocolate males.
Our goal is to put out a great product. All puppies will be vaccinated, AKC registered, de-wormed, micro-chipped, and receive potty training.

Puppy rehoming agreement between Robert C (owner of bitch, Luna Lunatic Registered AKC SR05018205 and mother of puppies) and ______________________________________________purchaser of puppy.
It is agreed as follows.
Purchaser to pay _____ deposit and a total of _____________________ for the Lab puppy. Purchaser of puppy agrees to pay balance owed at puppy delivery in cash when puppy is 8 to 9 weeks old. Robert C and family agree to make sure new owner knows the birth dates of puppy and when puppy needs to be delivered beforehand. 200 Deposits are non refundable after September 1st, 2020. In the event purchaser of puppy doesn’t pick up their puppy with in that one week time frame or pay full agreed upon price, (by 9 weeks of age of puppy):
-they will lose their 200 deposit,
- this agreement will be automatically voided,
-and owner Robert C can sale the puppy to another without notice to contracted purchaser.
Owner Robert C will provide the following to purchaser at delivery of puppy. (To be initialed by both parties at delivery)
If desired by purchaser, we will try to provide Access to puppies around 7 weeks of age at least once to help purchasers decide on their pick of the litter.
___________ Assurance that to the best of our knowledge, the puppies will be delivered only if we believe they are healthy and normal for 8 week old puppies. We agree that 1,500 or more is a lot of money and we only want healthy puppies to be re-homed.
___________ AKC (American Kennel Club) Certified pedigree information of both bitch and sire.
__________ AKC registration and litter documentation from AKC that puppy and litter are registered with AKC.
__________ Deworming and vaccination completion records up to time of delivery. New owners vet will take over these responsibilities with new owner after delivery.
__________ Puppy will be micro chipped with paper work for new owner to finish so puppy will be tied to their contact info addresses ect.
_________ Breeding rights purchase proof to AKC if purchaser of puppy wants to breed their puppy in the future.
Robert C warranties the puppies as follows…
Robert C and family will do all possible to socialize, potty train, and prepare them for their new owners. In the event Parvo is detected with a vet diagnosis, with in one week of delivery, puppies can be returned for full refund with-in one week of puppy delivery. Parvo is an intestinal virus manifested with severe diarrhea and sometimes vomiting as well and is a common puppy virus. Parvo usually manifests itself 3-5 days after initial exposure. Puppy owner agrees to keep puppy away from other dogs and areas where dogs accumulate for at least 3-4 months and to continue parvo vaccines. Without proper treatment, parvo can be fatal. In the event puppy needs to be put down (exterminated for genetic defects evidenced by written veterinarian documentation with in 2 years after delivery, caused by inbreeding issues which rarely can happen with any pure bred breed) Robert C. will refund entire purchase amount of puppy purchase. Agreed that no damages can exceed the purchase price of the puppy.
New owners promise to provide a loving home for the new puppy and agree that their responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
______ Owner is responsible for all aspects of caring for the puppy from delivery date forward and is responsible for puppy from that moment on.
______ Owner understands that taking a puppy can be a 10-15 year commitment and that such decision should not be taken lightly. Robert C can not take back new Puppy (excepting parvo infection) as Robert C’s wife has made it clear that we are a one dog family. We would appreciate a heads up and be provided with that option of taking back the puppy.
_______ Continuation of vaccines, heart worm, ect. ect and putting puppy under the care of their own veterinarian with in one week of puppy delivery.
_______ New owner will finish AKC paper work to insure that they become the recorded owner with in a week after delivery. It will be AKC’s responsibility and new owner’s responsibility to secure a certified Pedigree of the new puppy which was very easy with our puppy Luna.
_________ New owner has agreed to pay for breeding rights at a cost of 400 more. Yes or No.
__________ New owner will have puppy licensed and vaccinated per local laws where new puppy owner lives and be responsible for knowing and following all such regulation.
_________ New owner at their discretion, will spay or neuter their dog at the time recommended by their veterinarian.
New owner and seller agree that if any disagreement can’t be resolved between us then any final decision will be decided by binding arbitration rather than the court system. In the event we can’t decide on a legal arbitrator between us, we agree that such arbitrator can be assigned by the El Dorado county superior court.
